• Single Session - $175 per session

  • A 60-minute call focused on one specific question or decision: which EHR to choose, how to approach a payer, whether your rate makes sense. You leave with a clear plan and written next steps. Good if you know what you're stuck on.

• Deep Dive - $250 per session

  • A 90-minute session for the bigger stuff — mapping out a practice launch, untangling a credentialing mess, or working through several connected problems at once. The extra time means we get past the overview and into the actual decisions. Good if you don't yet know where to start.

• Multi-Session Package- $500 for 3 60 min sessions

  • Three 60-minute sessions with a defined scope, sequenced so each builds on the last, plus email support between calls. Built for people constructing something from the ground up rather than solving a single problem.
