You don’t have to carry this alone.
You've spent a long time being the strong one. Keeping it together. Pushing through. And while you've built a life that looks good from the outside, something inside knows there's more. More peace, more ease, more freedom from the patterns that keep showing up no matter how hard you try to outthink them.
Individual therapy at Heal Good is a space designed for exactly that. A place to slow down, turn inward, and do the kind of healing that doesn't just manage symptoms but change things at the root.
This is for you if...Does this sound familiar?
You've been the strong one for so long, you've forgotten what it feels like to not be okay.
You're a high-achieving woman who's quietly exhausted underneath it all
Anxiety, perfectionism, or overthinking follow you into every area of your life
You've experienced trauma — childhood, relational, or otherwise — and it still shows up today
You've tried to think your way through it, but the feelings keep coming back
You're ready to do something different
Anxiety that wont quiet down
Patterns that keep repeating no matter how hard you try
Feeling disconnected from yourself and your emotions

The ProcessHow it works
-
A free 15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit. No pressure, just a conversation.
-
For our first session, we will discuss your history, goals, and what you’re hoping to work through. This sets the foundation for our work.
-
Together we identify the approaches that will serve you best — whether that’s somatic, trauma focused work, traditional talk therapy or a combination. This work is tailored to you.
-
We meet regularly for 45-55 minutes depending on your individual needs, track your progress, and adjust our approach as you grow and evolve.
-
As you reach your goals we celebrate your progress and map out what continued healing looks like for you.
